To provide and improve the Service, we may process:

• Audio/video you upload: for hit detection, label suggestions, and practice playback;
• Usage data: e.g. anonymous visitor id, visit/analyze counts, feature clicks (product validation and abuse prevention);
• Technical logs: such as IP, browser type, and errors, for reliability and security.

Account registration is not required for basic trial use.

Collected information is used only to:

• Run the analysis and practice features you request;
• Measure product usage and debug issues;
• Enforce quotas and anti-abuse controls;
• When AI listening is enabled, send necessary audio clips to third-party model providers for processing.

When AI classification is enabled, relevant clips may be sent to third-party AI services (e.g. Google Gemini or OpenAI) to generate suggested labels. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

In the current version, uploads are mainly used for the active analysis session. Usage stats may be stored in local server files for product validation. We may purge expired sessions or logs at any time. Do not upload sensitive personal information.

You may stop using the Service and stop uploading. To inquire about or delete usage records tied to you, contact us at sean_2k@foxmail.com.

We may update this privacy policy and reflect the date on this page. Continued use means you acknowledge the updated policy.
